Haynes-Vozza is a project-based marketing consultant that specializes in the procurement and management of production house services.

 

We leverage extensive end to end bid management experience and a highly unique blend of procurement, production and marketing expertise to help organizations identify and remedy inefficiencies in their production program.

 

While companies rely on the traditional agency-led bid model to deliver fair and accurate pricing, many do not realize that there is an inherent back-end nature to this process that is unnecessarily inflating their costs by as much as 25% or more.

Our common-sense approach is designed to eliminate these inefficiencies. It is fast, proven and can provide your team with the understanding and tools they require to successfully manage these costs moving forward.

Better yet, it can be done without slowing down your process,  negatively impacting the quality of your creative or the need to lock into any long term contracts. 

 

It is different and far more proactive than what is offered by traditional cost consultants who typically seek a long-term contract and who rely on line by line bid reviews to deliver cost efficiency. In reality,  this approach is extremely limited in the cost savings it can achieve as it takes place too late in the process to have any meaningful or lasting impact.
